Custom Field Values Disappearing

    Hi there.

    All custom field values/checkboxes have been entered and re-entered and saved. But somehow they manage to disappear the next day. Tried a number of times and they still disappear. You can see from the page. Should be 5 colours and clarity and also in thumbnail view they are missing.

    Hi heroprint,

    Spaces after the commas in the “Input Values” of custom fields can sometimes cause issues with saving settings.

    For example, if the input values for a “Colour” custom field were “blue, red, green”, they should instead be “blue,red,green”.

    If you remove the spaces in the input values for the “Colour” and “Clarity” custom fields, does that make any difference?
