Custom field to complete email order

    How to add some custom field (with password to access) only when customer payd and recive complete customer order email?

    When I should paste the code?
    I try to paste code

    “get_post_meta( $_product->id, ‘imie_ucznia’, true )” to custom order details and its work fine but sent this field to all email even then dont pay
