Custom Field Template not Initializing with 4.3

    Just updated to 4.3, and Custom Field Template has ceased working:

      New Post – Clicking on the associated post category does not initialize the Custom Field Template fields
      Edit Post – The fields that were added and commited in 4.2 are present with the correct information, but if it is changed the information is not saved

    This functionality was also present with all plugins deactivated, using the default TwentyFifteen theme.
