Custom Field in assignment email Notification

    Ok, searched for about an hour, can’t find the answer.

    How can I include a custom field in the New Assignment (or any, really) notification email?

    For instance, if my custom field is primary_domain, how do I add that to the sent assignment email?

    Hi:

    Unfortunately there are no custom field tags in free core version of Awesome Support. You can see all the available tags by going to the TICKETS->SETTINGS->EMAILS tab and then clicking the help link that shows up on the upper right of the screen.

    Custom field tags for use in email notifications is a planned feature but its likely to be part of a premium add-on and not part of the free core.
