Custom CSS

My problem is that the text of the comments is black (color: #1c1e21;) and it is not visible on the dark background of the site. I tried to change the color via custom css (like .body {color:red!important;} but the changes don’t get inside the iframe and accordingly my rules don’t apply. Please tell me how to change the text color of comments. Thank you.
