Custom Contact page using Hueman theme

I am wondering if I can customize the simple contact form in the hueman theme? I need to separate the first name and last name into 2 separate fields. Is this possible? I have downloaded both the hueman add ons and the nimble page builder. I’m new to this, so any help you can give me is much appreciated. I have looked for help on your website extensively, but don’t see anything pertaining specifically to Hueman. Thanks in advance!
