custom capability could not be saved

    When I tried to add a custom capability, after I press ‘Add New’, it seems to be added, but after I click the ‘Update’, the new capability disappeared. (I once added custom caps successfully.)

    And there are capabilities 0, 1, 2, …, up to 6, don’t know where they are from, and the 0 could not be unchecked.

    weird.
