Custom Background image disappears

    Hello,

    I am a Hide my site premium member. I use a custom background and I tend to use a pdf instead of a jpg for the graphics of this image. I noticed that on chrome and microsoft edge that the image disappears or doesn’t show up, but on iOS or Safari it works fine.

    Do you know why this would be?

    Hi emmanuelgee,

    As far as I know, pdf files are not intended to work as background images, so this is likely the cause of the problem. One idea would be to first convert the pdf to an image and then use that image file as the background.
