Custom Audiences don’t show after creation

    Hello everyone,

    I after creating several custom audiences in Pixel Caffeine dashboard, they don’t show up at all, they just vanish. However, they show up in my FB Ad Account. I refresh the page, moved from tab and nothing happens.

    Hi,

    sorry for the delay of my response here!

    Regarding the fact you don’t see the CA created in the admin, please activate the debug mode in your WordPress installation (more info https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress) and try to create again a new CA from the admin. If an error appears, please paste here the error code will appear so I can understand the reason of the issue and try to find a solution.
    Also, please check in your server logs (if you don’t know how to, most probably you can do it from your hosting admin panel or at most you can ask to your hosting support).

    Then, unfortunately there isn’t any way to recover them now, but the CA will continue to be working in your ad account and you can see them, as you already did. If you want them in your website in order to edit them, the only suggestion is remove the CA from your account and re-create again from the admin, once you will be able to create it without problems.
