current user’s submitted form

I am new to contact form 7 on wordpress and would like to create an option where login users can see their previously submitted cf7 forms on allocated content page.

The idea here is to have participants send a form and be able to always view what they had previously sent and avoid a case where other users will see others form submission data.

I would want this to be in user allocated pages and not on the backend dashboard
