Currency Translation

Hi! I am trying to translate a page that has an excel table of rates (dollar amounts). For example $7.50. Most are fine and stay the same but some are acting strange. For example, on the second table shown, $135.60 becomes 135,60$ and $28.48 becomes 28,48 USD. I can’t figure out why it is randomly happening. Also some decimal points become commas and some decimal points disappear. Any help is appreciated!
