CURL Enabled, but CloudFront still grayed out

Hello,
I have a LEMP (NGINX) stack Running on EC2/RDS with PHP5-FPM. The site is http://seolinktools.com I ran the install again

apt-get install curl libcurl3 libcurl3-dev php5-curl

And restarted Nginx, but that didn’t solve my issue. I’d really appreciate it if anyone can help me
