    Good Day

After the recent updates, CTX feeds have stopped working, even with a cron job in place. I have to manually regenerate the feed.

    Regards

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching us and sorry for the inconvenience.

To solve the feed auto update issue, you are requested to follow the steps below –

    1. First, go to CTX Feed > Status >, find WP-Cron in the list, and check if its status is OK. If not, enable wp-cron.
    2. Then, Go to Manage feed and disable the auto update option of all the feeds – Screenshot
    3. Now, edit the feed, update, and regenerate it.
    4. Again, enable the feed auto-update option that was disabled – screenshot
    5. Edit the feed and regenerate it.
    6. Now install this plugin and go to the Cron manager – screenshot
    7. On the cron event list, find events with the keyword Single and check if there are the same number of cron events added as similar to your feed count – Screenshot
    8. If you see the same number of cron events, all your feeds are going to regenerate on the next auto update interval.

I hope you can follow the steps above to fix the auto-update issue.

    Kind regards,
