    Hi,

I have a csv file with all the attributes of products.

    Example list:
    SKU1;Atributue1;Value1
    SKU1;Atributue2;Value2
    SKU3;Atributue3;Value3
    SKU3;Atributue4;Value4
    SKU3;Atributue5;Value5

In the importer I assign the fields “SKU”, “attribute name” and “attribute value(s)”.

The products with the correct SKU’s are already imported via another CSV.
But when I do an import for the attribute CSV it justs gives the message ” x products are updated” but the attributes are not added.

Sorry to hear about your troubles with the updater.

Can you try again, but this time – can you check if the product-ids used for the products with the attributes are the same? Sometimes the built-in importer uses product ids to match the files, if there is a mismatch – this might not work as expected.

Give that a try and let us know how that went.

    Hi @gan100

I just wanted to follow-up with you on this thread; hope you were able to fix this problem that we had discussed here.

I’m marking this thread as Resolved as we have not heard back from you in a while. If the problem persists though, feel free to reopen this, we would be happy to look into this for you.

    All the best!
