I am considering buying the csv import plugin
Before I buy it do want to know, what/which fields it is able to import

I just stumbled through this (had 204 imports to do).

That’s going to be your best resource here.

Also, when you’re presented with an option to either upload the CSV file, or copy/paste into the big text box, always opt to copy/paste into the text box. The file upload utility isn’t exactly working properly.
