Free version of our plugins allows only to import CSV files. You can find example files on our website.
Simply download the example CSV file and edit it to match your needs.
I’m sure you will get through it.
If you are interested in switching the shipping method on or off using CSV file, sorry it’s not possible.

Take a look at this visual representaion of data from CSV file.
As you can see, there is no option for enabling / disabling shipping method.
The CSV files are the same for both free and PRO versions.
