CSV Export field delimiter options

    Hey there,

    thanks for this amazingly helpful plugin.

    One issue with the CSV export – it would be great to be able to allow for custom delimiter characters when exporting to CSV – some of our field contents contain commata and that breaks the import in both LibreOffice and MS Excel.

    A popup or a simple small text-box next to the export button would help a lot.
