starshipfunk, you may have a pop-up blocker. You shouldn’t have to set anything up.

thisisedie, you have to go to the data page for your form. Either 1) go to ‘Forms’ in WordPress, and click ‘Data’ below the form’s name or 2) in the form editor, click ‘View Data’ under ‘Submission Data’ on the right hand side. Once you are on the data page for that form, the blue button on the upper right hand side is the ‘Download .csv’ button. A .csv file is something that can be opened in Excel, OpenOffice, etc. so you can sort through the data.

    thanks
I turned off the pop up blocker, which worked
yet the output was a new browser window with the form questions all squashed into a bunch, and no answers presented
    bizarre, and not useful
    still no .csv was downloaded

    am I missing something?
is there suppose to be a file downloaded?

    thanks

I think what you are describing is in fact the csv file being opened by your browser. Try right-clicking the link and saving it as a file.
