CSS style of shortcode text

    Hi, Was wondering if I could change the title style of the displayed links .
    In my ordered lists, all my blog titles have a visible line accross it, and when i inspected the page source, there seems to be a background image behind it :

    <style type=”text/css” id=”custom-background-css”>

    But I have no clue on where to find this style and edit it. Would like to change the text size as well,
