CSS not applying

Hello All,

I have a problem with my homepage. This is how it looks in my local testserver, but with the actual stylesheets etc already linked to my website.

Now I tried to implement this to my actual Website, but it does not apply the CSS and I do not understand why because it gets recognized correctly by the website. So I thought it could interfer with the theme…

Any ideas how to solve this problem?
