    Hello there,
    Hope you are fine.

I have added custom css for the coming soon page and it was working fine. But now the font address is not working anymore and when I check the source of font-family, it’s not what I add to the custom field.

@rahimvaziri I am seeing your site with this content: https://a.supportally.com/IwMXZ4

Is it not the correct font you have set? Thanks

    Hi @franz1989
    Hope you are fine.

    The content is correct.
The link that I sent you is the preview of the content on the coming soon page.

My issue is that the content doesn’t get the font family from my CSS.

@rahimvaziri You can try to use this plugin if it helps https://wordpress.org/plugins/use-any-font/ and re-add the custom CSS scripts. The free version does not have much options to customize the page.

@rahimvaziri You can also follow this article: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-use-custom-font/

You just need to embed the font and target it with CSS. You can put the font wherever you want, but I probably just upload it to the media library and then grab the link from there, I would not put it in wp-admin.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you @franz1989

I have done all of these.
If you check the screenshots that I sent you in the first message, you will see that it’s all done.

I have addressed the font correctly, but the plugin is not getting that address.

    The console shows this.

@rahimvaziri Upon checking the font that you are trying to use won’t work with the free version. You will need to manually embed the font. Right now no other fonts are being loaded, see here: https://a.supportally.com/hizCxT

    Thank you @franz1989

Is this something that has been started from the recent versions?
Because I was using my custom font with the same configurations days ago but the plugin was deactivated and I didn’t realize that.

    Thank you.

@rahimvaziri No it’s not. That font that you are using will not work with our Free version and it needs to be embedded manually to work.

    Hi,
I have the same problem with Apostrophe becoming ' in the style.
This is particularly clear on the first screenshot of @rahimvaziri.
With ' in the URL, sure can the font not be loaded…

@rahimvaziri also says that it worked until recently and that this problem is new.

    Can you investigate further?

    Thanks in advance
    Momo

    Hi @momofmp
    Thank you for your approval.

Yes, my ' is becoming &#039 too in the custom CSS.

Maybe @seedprod can investigate more. πŸ™‚

@rahimvaziri @momofmp We have marked this a bug. You can add it to the custom HTML section and it should not change it.

    Best Regards,

    Thanks @franz1989 !
We’re waiting for the bug to be fixed. When will it be effective?

    Best regards

@momofmp No problem. I can’t provide an ETA. Our developers are already aware of this issue. In the meantime, you can try adding it in custom HTML and it should not change.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @franz1989,
I don’t quite understand you. What do you mean by “it”? What can we add in Custom HTML?

    Cheers

    (@franz1989)

@momofmp You can add the script under the Custom HTML section. You have added it in Custom CSS and you are having some issue with the apostrophe. As we work on fixing the bug. We advise trying to add the script under the Custom HTML section.

    Best Regards,
