    Hey, author.

    This is:

    #flags { text-align:right; width:150px; float:right; clear:right; }

    inside in PHP is very bad idea! U understand, I think? CSS inside PHP is BAD for change width, for example, to 200px. Next upgrade will remove this and put again 150px.
