    Hello,
I’m using custom CSS. This CSS added to the style.css file is not working. I have to insert it in Appearance/Customize/Additional CSS for it to function correctly.
Do you know why it won’t work with the child theme’s style.css file (a child theme downloaded from your site)? I have a license.
    Best regards, Daniel.

    Hello @doczimute

This article should answer all of your questions: https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/general/child-theme/.

Hope this points you in the right direction!

    Thanks,

Thank you. But why don’t we have the default call to “blocksy-child-style” in the blocksy-child.zip file, downloaded from the Blocksy website, instead of “parent-style”?

    Hello @doczimute,

The style.css file is not intended for adding custom CSS – it should only be used for identification purposes, as per WordPress’ development guidelines.

The recommended approach is to create your own separate CSS files rather than adding to the main one.

    Thanks,
    Eduard
