css formatting

hi there,

I am not very good with .css and unfortunately the formatting for the predictions input and my predictions pages are very messy with the wordpress template I choose. I tried fixing with the additional css feature but did not managed to fix it. Do any knows a combination of template + additional css that would make the plug in look descent? Thanks so much
