CSS Fixes to my WordPress site

Hello,

As you can see, the footer is SUPPOSED to be responsive, clinging to the bottom of the page (view a few other main pages). But, on pages with videos and other content, the footer sticks in the middle region.

What CSS do I need to fix this? I’m sure it is fixable. I do not want to use “position: relative” because then it takes the snap-to-bottom effect away and has a white space under the footer on some pages.
