Did you create a child theme for these changes?

I tried dumping and changing the localhost in the dump and then recreated the database.

If you have a look at it now you will see that no style sheet is recognized

Ok, Never edit the Twenty Eleven theme. It is the default WordPress theme and having access to an unedited version of the theme is vital when dealing with a range of site issues. First create a child theme for your changes.

You should be able to copy all edited .php files over into the child theme (except functions.php). You’ll then need to add your CSS changes to the child’s stylesheet one-by-one.

    Thank you

I will try your solution and post the result
