• Hi.

I’m facing issues with css customization and I really need help.

Everything was working fine until some days ago and I don’t know what it changed but it just stopped updating anything that I’ve made in css both via ftp or in wordpress’ editor. Which is weird because every changes that I make in “SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin” or in personalize works fine.

I’ve made some experiences and I even tried to erase all of css code from the parent theme and still didn’t effect my website at all.

There is no cache plugin installed and I’ve wiped cookies several times (and also tried in different browsers / PCs). I’ve even contact my host and they said that my domain is not in cache either.

I have no idea of what’s happening.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Update: I’ve just noticed that if I use Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS rather than Appearance > Editor or upload css file with FTP it works! I have no idea whats causing this behavior.

Appearance > Editor or upload css file with FTP it works

I’m curious if you are using any type of caching plugin or service?

I’m a little embarrassed to admit I did that once. Or twice.

Sorry, I meant something like server cache. I know some hosting companies provide their own solution.

    Hi, Jose thanks for replying.

You mean a plugin like “WP Super Cache” and others right?
No. I usually install this kind of plugins after all of the site’s design is done.

Does it save when you have the Page Builder deactivated?

I’m wondering if that could be causing some issue.
