    Hi

First of all can you confirm what version of Breeze is active on your website and when did you update it?
As I see it, the error” Sorry, the parameters you provided were not valid”, occurs because of a conflict with permissions. Let me give a bit more details
For a theme or a plugin that is active on your site, cache is an external service that could potentially break things down. As such the plugin or theme can deny permission to the minification and grouping component of the cache.
To test if this is what’s happening to your site, do the followings
Make sure breeze is inactive on the staging version.
install and activate the WordPress Standard Theme.
    Now activate breeze
Now start disabling plugin one by one and test the website in a separate browser tab
If you find out the plugin that is causing the issue, consider replacing it.
If this does not solve the problem, check .htaccess file for any rules that are restricting access to CSS file.
