It looks like you may have already applied some CSS to set the top-padding, but if you would like to narrow it down a bit more, you can see if the following CSS code makes a difference.

.home.blog .site-header, .home.page:not(.page-template-template-homepage) .site-header, .home.post-type-archive-product .site-header {
    margin-bottom: 2.235801032em;
}
