This product has both an Upsell and a Cross sell product assigned.

The Upsell is displaying.

But the Cross sell is not.

Can you help me understand why it is not showing as expected?

Hi there,

Can you please switch to the Storefront theme – https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/ and check if this is still happening? If not, this means there’s an issue with the theme being used. If yes, then let us know and we’ll investigate further and help you get this sorted.

Yes, it appears to be the theme.
