    Good morning,

    I am having issues using the cross-sell products function with the Botiga Theme. I added some products in the cross-sell field

    but the theme is showing completely different products (products in the same category) instead.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I’ve conducted a test with the latest version (2.4.4) of Botiga, and I can confirm that the user-defined cross-sell products are correctly displayed in the Cart’s cross-sell section, as demonstrated in this screencast.

    Could you please share a screenshot of your cross-sell field on the product editor page? This will allow me to cross-check it with what appears in the cart and provide further advice.

    Additionally, I noticed that you are still using version 2.4.2 of Botiga. We highly recommend updating to the latest version of the theme to benefit from all the latest features and improvements.

    Hi Rajab,

    It doesn’t look like I can add images, but for example on this product

    the products in the cross-sell field are: Boxlift, Comfort Pillow, Fodera, Led Light and none of them are showing. It is showing other products in the same category instead.

    I’ve reviewed the cart page and can see the products you mentioned, as demonstrated in this screencast.

    Could you please let me know if there’s anything specific I might be missing?
