Hi there,
imagify_rating_event is a cron job that checks how many images have been optimized, and depending on the number of images optimized, we display a congratulations message and ask if you could give us a rating.
imagify_update_library_size_calculations_event
Is an automatic calculation that is done weekly of the images and the size of images uploaded by month.
So when you click on “What Plan Do I Need?” the data will be displayed automatically, and won’t have to wait for the data to be displayed.
imagify_rating_event and imagify_update_library_size_calculations_event are added for better user experience, and yes you may delete them.
About cutting down the external request,
it’s not possible to do that because the plugin depends on Imagify server.
If you cut down the external request, you won’t be able to optimize.
As for the account status,
it’s required to display the quota consumption.
Thanks for the reply.
Can you please add some more info about the imagify_rating_event and imagify_update_library_size_calculations_event cronjobs?
Thanks!
Hello again,
Can you please answer to my last question?
Thanks!
