    Good day,

I am currently managing a client website: http://www.cecchetti.co.za, and we are using the New User Approve plugin.

The plugin was working perfectly previously, however since the beginning of this year we are experiencing the following issue:

Whenever we click on the plugin in the WordPress dashboard — or try to access any of its functions — we receive this message:

“There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

This error only occurs when accessing the New User Approve plugin area. The rest of the website and dashboard function normally.

No specific error details have been received via email.

Could you please assist in identifying what may be causing this issue and how we can resolve it?

    Thank you for your support.

    Hi @anzeljani,

Thank you for opening a new thread and for providing detailed information.

To help us investigate this issue further, could you please share a short screencast showing the exact steps where the critical error appears when accessing the New User Approve plugin?

Additionally, if possible, please enable WordPress debugging and share any related error messages from the debug log. You can follow this guide to enable debugging: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

This information will help us identify the root cause and provide an appropriate solution.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks & regards,
