    Hi,
I have installed the latest version of this plugin, also got the latest WP edition and using Newspaper theme. Working with Gutenberg.

When I paste the shortcode from the plugin into the edit post, I get the following error on red background: “Update failed. There has been a critical error on your website”. This happens when WP is trying to save the latest version of the post or publish / update it.

The table actually is visible on the website, but the error makes editing the post not possible – the changes will not be reflected. The workaround would be to paste the table after editing the WP page, but still it causes some inconvenience.

Let me know if there is any fix or do you need some more data?

    Hi piotrk87,

Unfortunately, we can not tell more without further investigation on your website.
This is a public forum, so it is not recommended to share credentials here.

Please go to our support system on this link and open the Private Pre-purchase ticket where you will provide us temporary wp-admin credentials and also the link to the page where this is happening, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to a third party.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Best regards and Happy holidays.
