    Hello,
I currently have the Updraft Version 1.24.11 and the Elementor Version 3.25.11 but cannot open the Updraft settings, receiving the following error message:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”
It is only with the Updraft plugin.
Moreover, my website is translated using the TranslatePress plugin, but the content of the translated pages disappears and gives errors.
The setting to Use a subdirectory for the default language seems to clash with the error giving Updraft. When I deactivate Updraft, I can activate the above TranslatePress setting, and the website is displayed as it should.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

When you deactivate TranslatePress do you still have a critical error with UpdraftPlus?

    Best regards,

    Nick

Yes, I deactivated both TranslatePress plugins and Updraft still gives the same error.

I deactivated all my plugins except Updraft and the error was still present.

Switching to a default theme doesn’t solve the issue either.

    Hi there,

Thank you for the updates. Do you have information from your php_error_log available?
The normally helps me to identify where the critical error is coming from, the root cause.

    Best regards,

    Nick

Hi, while I was trying to figure out how to find the error log, WordPress sent me this automated email:
WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 6.7.1
    Active theme: Kadence (version 1.2.13)

    PHP version 8.2.22

I re-installed the Updraft plugin and the issue seems to disappear for now.
    Thank you, Olga
