I’m trying to build a website from a couple of days,
I tried restoring my website using Updraft Restore . I got an error to delete old directories which I did. After that when I tried to refresh, There was a message showing “There is a Critical error in your website” .
I changed the plugin name and fixed the issue temperately . But I have received a mail saying “WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins”.

And now I’m not able to restore as well – Shows error

"Move /home/u688722474/domains/raadhas.com/public_html/wp-content/mu-plugins -> /home/u688722474/domains/raadhas.com/public_html/wp-content/mu-plugins-old: Failed. Destination Directory UID=688722474, GID=1053528524. Effective/real user IDs of the current process: 688722474/688722474. Effective/real group IDs of the current process: 1053528524/1053528524"

    https://raadhas.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Shows "0"

https://raadhas.com/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mod shows Recovery Mode not initialized.

Please help me, what can I do to resolve this issue.

Deactivating all plugins in the mu-plugins folder. The easiest way is to rename that folder to mu-plugins-old to see if this resolves the problem. You may access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these),

    I had 2 files – (1) mu-plugins and (2)mu-plugins-old
I changed mu-plugins-> mu-plugins-old and mu-plugins-old-> mu-plugins-old1. The restoring was successful . So, can I retain these names or what can I do ? And how can I check if there are any other issues?

This means one of your plugins IN mu-plugins folder is the error.

    I had 2 files – (1) mu-plugins and (2)mu-plugins-old

    (2) mu-plugins-old is something ALREADY not being used. It just create confusion keeping unused stuff.

So I just just retain one file and delete the one which is creating conflict right?
