• I keep receiving the Critical Error message when I try to upload a template in Template Builder. I contacted Elementor and they said to report it to WordPress because there is an error in the Elementor plugin. Thank you.

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro v3.5.2 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum, we have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, my.elementor.com.

    I get that, but I was told to report it here. Plus, I have a ticket in with Elementor and the last I heard it was at Tier 3 and I am not hearing anything back from anyone. I would really like this issue because I have clients waiting and I would really like this resolved before I spend hours building a site and this critical error causes further issues.
