  • Hi @iamxavierrr

    Do you have FTP access to the server?
    If so, please go to the wp-cofig.php file, and change

    define('WP_DEBUG', false); to define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    After that, you should get a more descriptive error when entering the plugins-page.

    Hi @kuckovic!

    Unfortunately, we don’t have FTP access to the server. Are there any other ways to resolve this issue?

    Thanks!

    If your hosting has a control panel such as DirectAdmin, Plesk, or cPanel, you can use the panel’s file manager to edit the wp-config.php file.

    You should also be able to view the PHP error log from the control panel. It will contain the error that resulted in the “critical error” page you’re seeing.

    If you have neither FTP nor a panel file manager, you should contact your hosting company, because they would be the only ones who could help you.
