Critical error after submitting form

    We’ve removed the forms for now, so we can’t provide a link. We have a critical error on the site after submitting the form. The following error also appears in the console:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500()

    We are not very clear why the error occurs and how to fix it. Can you help us with this?

    Hey, vjefimova, I’m another CF7 user.

    I would recommend using a plugin such as Health Check, and temporarily disable all plugins as well as switching your active theme to one of the default Twenty themes to determine if your configuration could be causing the issue.
