critical error after metaslider update

Updated Metaslider this morning (12 May 2022, 6am) and immediately got a critical error on wp-admin. The site still worked but via Error Recovery mode I tried to “Resume” Metaslider; no go. Deactivate was the only option.
After Deactivate I Deleted then reinstalled Metaslider and got the same critical error. Details below. What can I do to fix this?
