WordPress detected a critical error with Anti-Spam and notified us by email. The error is on the page that lists WooCommerce spam orders:

    https://www.xxxxxx.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=apbct_wc_spam_orders

The page in question (also linked from the plugin settings page as Check comments for spam) currently displays the following message:

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.

I can forward you the WordPress email with links to our site. I prefer not to display this email in the open forum.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello inredoxdr,

Thank you for your inquiry. Please send us the error text in our private Ticket System: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open. Could you also add a link to this topic there?

Please also clarify about “also linked from the plugin settings page as Check comments for spam”. I don’t quite understand how this is related to the error.

I posted additional information on your private support forum. To clarify, the page that displays the error is the page linked from the plugin settings page when the button “Check comments for spam” is pressed.  The same page is also accessible (and displays the same error) from the WooCommerce submenu “WooCommerce Spam Orders”.

We’ve made some fixes. Please try this fixed version:

    https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/fix-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip

    – Go to the WordPress Administrator Panel -> Plugins.
    – Find the plugin ‘Anti-Spam by CleanTalk’ -> Deactivate.
    – After the automatic page refreshing, find the plugin again ‘Anti-Spam by CleanTalk’ -> Delete. Confirm files deletion.
    – Download the plugin archive from the link.
    – Go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin.
    – Choose the downloaded archive and press ‘Install Now’.
    – After the installation, activate the plugin, and make sure that the access key matches the key from your CleanTalk Dashboard.

    Did it help?
