Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.
Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

Il problema è che il sito non è ancora sul mio server,avevo l’accesso da amministratore ma è su un altro server,ho avviato da poco un trasferimento del dominio,ma non riesco ad accedere nella Dashboard mi da proprio pagina bianca,dentro c’è un back up, ma non avendolo sul mio server non posso accedere al file manager,posso avviare una migrazione del sito nonostante ci sia questo problema?
- What do you mean by “domain transfer”?
- Do you mean moving the your site from one server to another, but retaining the same domain name?
- Are you using a migration plugin or doing this manuall?
- Have you contacted the host for either site?
