I’ve checked your Registration page: https://www.wordpress.myadrenallife.com/ and the credit card fields appear to be loading correctly.
Does the issue occur the moment you try to make the payment?
Yes, I have had multiple customers tell me when its trying to process the credit card it just spins and never processes – apparently this has been happening for a few weeks and as soon as one customer in our our forum mentioned it many others tagged on saying they had the same issue – I also tried and had the same issue. It loads fine just doesn’t process.
In this case:
- Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a screenshot with everything you active on your site (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
- Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments -> Gateways -> and send a screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?
Note: Since this is a public forum, please make sure all sensitive/private information is hidden/blurred from the screenshots.

What a pain in the rear end – there is no way in your form to actually upload images unless they are linked to a URL.
