Hi @cecil108
I hope you are doing well today.
I see that site is in coming soon mode. Can you disable that feature for some time so we could review page source?
Also can you export your form, upload it to google drive or dropbox and share a link in your next reply so we could test that form on our side?
Kind Regards,
Kris

Hey Kris,
Thanks for the help, the site is out of maintenance mode now.
The file is at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vhKQVzwASgjh8xnwFUfKPV0ZISQ_5svA/view?usp=sharing
Hi @cecil108
Hope you are doing fine!
Unfortunately, the link to the site is still showing the following message: This service is temporarily unavailable! Please contact your web hosting provider. It was not possible to check this issue further in the site.
However, I downloaded the export file and tested it my lab site. As it can be noticed in the screenshots below, it is not necessary to add the Name of the Card Holder to process the payment when using Stripe:

In case you still have any errors when processing the payments, try a conflict test by deactivating all plugins, except Forminator and switch to a basic theme as Twenty Twenty Two. Then process the payment and verify if it goes through using the Stripe Field in Test Mode. If the payment is successful, the issue is most likely caused by another plugin. Start activating back plugins and perform the test payments until you identify the one causing the issue.
Let know the results or any other additional info you are able to gather when performing the test.
Kind regards
Luis

Hey Luis,
Thanks for the reply.
The site has an issue with the hosting at the moment.
I tested the payment before I submitted the support, and the payment went through OK, and was taken from my bank, but I thought it was strange that the cardholder’s name was not required.
Thanks
Hi @cecil108
Some payment gateways, like Stripe in this case, doesn’t require the name of the cardholder to process transactions on the cards. This is why the Name of Cardholder has not been added in the Stripe field.
You can find some other examples like this in the WordPress forums, like the Woocommerce payment plugins:

Hope this information is useful
Kind regards

Hey Luis,
Thanks for the information, I wasn’t aware of this with Stripe.
