Creating site on user registration

Hi Everyone,

I have already created a site under My Sites > Network Admin > Dashboard. Further I have customized the site by adding/removing Dashboard items. In addition I have added a user who is an ‘admin’ but with limited functionality.

Now I would like to perform all the below steps:
1- Provide anonymous user with a registration page,
2- Create a clone site using the one created earlier (explained above),
3- Add the user as administrator to the newly created site

In summary I would like my users to have their own sites in a multisite but the sites should be cloned from the above site.
