Creating self-serving advertising platform

Hi guys!

There’s a lot of advertising management plugins out there. What I need in addition to these management plugins is a platform that’ll allow my advertisers to upload their ad, their times and pay via paypal or credit card. Automate the selling process of ads so all I have to do is sit back and approve the ads.

What’s the best way to go about getting this? Is there a plugin to manage this?
