Creating right sidebar menu

    I am making a website for a friend http://amoresavannahkittens.com

    I am using parabola theme and have added a custom menu to right sidebar at the moment. I am trying to no avail to make a right sidebar menu. I would like to add pages there that I do NOT want on the top menu. The only option I get is to add the header menus items. This is the first time I have used parabola and find it a bit restraining on some things. If I can get some help, I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks Noah for the widget but it did not work. I have created individual menus on tons of WP themes but Parabola is pi**ing me off. I see other parabola sites with right and left menus. I am not sure why I cannot get one to work in the theme I have. I am about ready to dump parabola. I have also noticed that when I do make a change, it takes 5 to 10 minutes before the change takes effect. Usually, the changes are immediate in other WP themes.
