Creating maps without creating (or hiding) permalink?

Hi Joe,

I understand I have to create a new map for each KML/GPX I want to map (the File_URL command would have been great but I understand why you had to remove it), however, is there a way to not have each map create a new permalink? Alternatively, is there a way to ensure that all my Waymark map pages are not user accessible?

I have about 100 different maps with hikes on my site, and I am trying to avoid having 100 orphan map webpages sitting out there. I need the map ID for the shortcode on my trail page, not the Waymakr map permalink page for each map.
