Creating Custom WP Blog/NesFeed

    I am trying to implment blogs to my custom theme currently its displaying one blog but I have no idea what PHP code it is using to run it.
    Also where is the docs on how to add Comments and the Front Blog/NewsFeed where it shows all the posts?
