Creating Client Pages

I am wondering how to creat client pages that can only be accessed and viewed by the individual and me. I have my menu designed to have a “non-clickable” Client with a sub-page for login at present. But now I am stuck on how to “branch” out. Do I need to create new subscribers for every client? It seems that password protecting the page is not working for me.
Can somebody help?
